Ready when you are. Start with the access that matters most.
Mental-health needs do not become valid only when life feels unbearable. The pressure may look different for each person, but taking it seriously can begin today.

The aftermath is still real
The emergency phase ended. Grief, isolation, burnout, and major life changes did not end on the same day. You are allowed to take those effects seriously now.
Relationships carry pressure, too
Disconnection, conflict, caregiving, and financial strain can change how partners relate to each other. You do not have to wait until everything feels unmanageable to seek support.
Inclusive care matters
LGBTQ+ people deserve care where identity is understood and affirmed—not treated as something to defend or explain. Affirming or specialized provider availability varies.
Support is for everyone
People from every background are making more room for honest mental-health conversations. Reaching for support is not a failure of resilience; it can be a way of protecting it.
You do not have to solve everything today. You can make access easier today.
MyMindEase does not guarantee specialized therapist matching or universal service availability. Eligibility, provider availability, and service availability vary.
WHY MYMINDEASE EXISTS
Mental-health challenges are common. Cost, time, and uncertainty can make taking the next step harder. MyMindEase helps make that first step more affordable and easier to understand.
You’re not alone.
About 1 in 5.
20.6% of U.S. adults were classified as having Any Mental Illness (AMI) under SAMHSA’s 2025 population estimate—about 54.6 million people.
AMI means Any Mental Illness.
This is a past-year survey-based estimate for adults 18+, not a diagnosis of anyone visiting this page or a label for every kind of everyday stress.
Nearly half went without treatment.
Among U.S. adults with mental illness, 2025.
“Treatment” means any past-year mental-health treatment, not only therapy. The 49.1% is calculated as 100% minus SAMHSA’s reported 50.9%. It does not mean everyone sought care, could not afford care, or could be served by MyMindEase.
What gets in the way?
A clear price, care from home, and knowing where to begin can make the next step feel more manageable.
This is MyMindEase’s service rationale, not a causal finding from the survey.
Among adults with mental illness who went without treatment and felt they needed it, 2025.
Selected reasons. People could choose more than one.
These are not the top three or all reasons, and they should not be added together. The 61.4% reflects expected expense within this specific group—not all Americans or measured treatment prices.
From survey answers to population estimates
These measures answer related but different questions. They should not be treated as a diagnosis or as interchangeable counts.
NSDUH asks adults about mental health, emotions, behavior, and how problems affect daily life.
Any Mental Illness (AMI) is a population estimate based on a DSM-5-based statistical model for a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder during the past year. It is not a personal diagnosis. SAMHSA’s AMI measure excludes developmental and substance-use disorders.
Serious Mental Illness (SMI) is a smaller subset within AMI in which the condition causes serious functional impairment.
Treatment received and perceived unmet need are measured separately from AMI prevalence and use different populations.
Support for real life
These are examples of what someone might want space to talk through—not diagnoses or promises of specialist services.
When stress keeps piling up and it is hard to find room to reset.
Communication, boundaries, caregiving, and the people closest to you.
Job changes, financial strain, burnout, and responsibilities that follow you home.
Making space for loss, change, and the emotions that can come in waves.
Moving, starting over, becoming a parent, or entering an unfamiliar season.
Exploring who you are and finding support that respects your lived experience.
Women, men, Black communities and other communities of color, LGBTQ+ people, young adults, and parents and caregivers all bring different experiences to the search for support. Families seeking information for teens should confirm current eligibility and care options before enrolling; youth statistics do not establish MyMindEase eligibility.
A more affordable place to start.

Scheduled phone or video access may be available, subject to terms, eligibility, provider availability, and service availability. MyMindEase is a membership program, not insurance.
MyMindEase is a membership program, not insurance, and is not a guaranteed replacement for therapy or medical treatment. Eligibility, provider availability, service availability, terms, and visit fees may vary.
Finding care often feels like a project in itself. Between navigating costs, insurance limits, and availability, it is easy to put your wellbeing on hold.
Paying session by session makes getting started feel like a major financial decision. A typical out-of-pocket session can run $80–$200, turning standard care into a significant monthly expense.
Even with coverage, mental health benefits might be restricted, deductibles may be high, or finding an available in-network provider can take months of waiting.
The logistics of seeking referrals, managing billing, and organizing appointments can feel overwhelming when you are simply trying to get support.

Support can start with one conversation
It can show up in relationships, at work, around family, or in the quiet moments you carry alone. Reaching for support can be a meaningful way to make room for yourself and the people you care about.
MyMindEase offers a different path: eligible mental-health visits have a $0 visit fee.
Subject to membership terms, eligibility, provider availability, and service availability. MyMindEase is a membership program—not health insurance.
Make mental health a priority without paying session by session.
Maybe you've been putting it off for months. Maybe you told yourself you'd figure it out later, or that things weren't "bad enough" yet. But you're here. And that matters. MyMindEase is for people who are ready to take one real step — not a perfect step, just a real one.
MyMindEase does not provide crisis services. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

The reasons people seek support are personal. These are a few of the conversations that can matter—whether something feels urgent or you simply want a place to start.
When worry, low mood, or the weight of daily life starts taking up too much space.
Support for noticing patterns, managing intense feelings, and responding with more intention.
A compassionate place to begin a conversation about substance use, recovery, or its impact on life.
For navigating communication, family dynamics, dating, or changes in an important relationship.
Affirming support for identity, relationships, belonging, and the experiences that are uniquely yours.
Space to talk through stress, expectations, work, relationships, and the pressure to carry it alone.
Support for seasons of life such as single parenting, dating, finances, caregiving, and more.
A place to begin for teens navigating school, friendships, family changes, identity, or everyday stress—with a parent or guardian where required.
Start with the support that feels right for you.
